Pervanovo d.o.o is a Swedish owned investment company operating primarily in the Dubrovnik area — one of the fastest growing tourist destinations in Europe.

The aim of our company is to acquire old properties in the finest locations in and around Dubrovnik, and renovate them back to the former beauty they once had.

Pervanovo has a share capital of 330 million Kn (45 million EUR). Our policy is to maintain as much as possible of the original building, whilst at the same time refurbishing it to the highest possible standard and comfort levels.

Once completed, these properties are generally used in the Pervanovo tourist business. Some properties are purchased, renovated and sold to other investors.

Current properties owned by the Pervanovo group include The Kazbek Hotel, Villa Tereza, Pervanovo Apartments and many other villas and apartments, some of which are still in the middle of the progress of being renovated.
